Green Energy Seva (“we”, “our”, “us”) aapki privacy ko protect karne ke liye committed hai. Ye policy batati hai ki ham kaun-sa data collect karte hain, kaise use karte hain, kiske saath share hota hai aur aapke rights kya hain.

Ye policy hamari website, landing pages, CRM/quotation portal, WhatsApp/phone interactions aur support channels par lagu hoti hai.

- Contact: naam, email, mobile, city, company.
- Lead & project info: rooftop/site details, system size (kW), preferences, messages.
- Usage & device: pages visited, UTM, IP, browser, cookies/analytics.
- Communications: calls, WhatsApp/chat, emails, support tickets.
- Payments (agar lagu): invoice refs, mode, txn ids (payment gateway through).
3) How we use data
- Leads process karna, quotations banana, site survey/EPC co-ordination.
- Customer support, training & documentation (e.g., net-metering/subsidy updates).
- Marketing with consent: reminders, offers, project updates (email/WhatsApp/SMS).
- Security, fraud prevention, legal compliance & audit logs.
- Product/website improvement (analytics & A/B testing).

- Trusted vendors: hosting, email/WA providers, analytics, payment gateway.
- EPC partners/vendors for survey, installation, net-metering, service.

Hum data ko sell nahi karte.

Leads/project records ko business needs & legal requirements ke hisaab se rakhte hain. Jab purpose khatam ho jaye to data ko delete/anon kar diya jata hai.

Reasonable technical & organisational measures (access controls, encryption-at-rest/transport, backups). Internet par 100% security guarantee possible nahi hoti.

- Access/Update: apni info update karne ke liye hume likhein.

Hamari services 18+ users ke liye hain; knowingly minors ka data collect nahi karte.

Hamari site par external links ho sakte hain. Un sites ki privacy practices ke liye hum responsible nahi hain.

Kabhi-kabhi updates ho sakte hain. Latest version isi page par available rahega.
